Quick & Easy Onsite Setup
When connected to the same network as a DME5 or DME3 processor, the TCD10 automatically loads the control panel data stored in the DME processor, enabling system verification and parameter checks immediately after installation, and streamlining on-site setup. For multi-panel systems, TCD Manager, a Windows application, simplifies setup and management by allowing device settings to be imported and exported.
Customizable Touch UI
Flexible layout and customization of control panels is easy with ProVisionaire Control PLUS, allowing system integrators to tailor panels to specific project requirements. Ready-to-use templates are also available within the software, which helps in quickly designing and configuration of control panels.
Stable & Reliable Operation with PoE
Powered via PoE, the TCD10 uses a single Ethernet cable for both power and data, enabling stable, battery‑free operation suitable for permanent installations.
Remote Monitoring and Support
Control panels installed on-site can be monitored and operated remotely over IP from external networks, allowing customer sites to be supported without a site visit. This enables IT managers and support teams to perform immediate system checks and initial troubleshooting, helping reduce downtime and prevent service interruptions.
Registering multiple IP addresses as bookmarks allows support teams to quickly switch between sites and access the required control panels for efficient multi-site support and faster issue resolution.
